When you register for a course or download our free guide, we collect your name, email address, and payment details (processed securely by Razorpay; we never store card data).

We also collect basic usage data (pages visited, device type) via Vercel Analytics to improve the site.

To send you the free Prompts Guide if requested
To notify you of upcoming cohort dates and relevant course updates
To improve our website and course content

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers essential to operating our platform (Razorpay for payments, Firebase for data storage, EmailJS for email delivery). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your registration data for 2 years after your last interaction with us, or as required by Indian law. You may request deletion at any time by emailing us.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing rwitapa@theaiway.info. We will respond within 30 days.

We use minimal cookies required for site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
